i've always just assumed it meant something like strands... like a tendon in the leg.

I know CVA tenderness is what is used, .my question was when was it changed from c.v.a. tenderness?

I learned from from a QA's report.  How are we to know there are changes on things that were done one way for so long and now done another?  geesh
the she finds tenderness is C-spine tenderness

The patient awakened that morning with right upper quadrant pain, nausea, fever.  The patient has colonic cancer?  thanks for any help

I know it's cords, but could it be cramping?  It really sounds like tramping but that doesn't make sense to me.
