The following paragraph is referring to the client's biological mom but I don't know what blue tagged is or if that is what she is saying (but it really sounds like it.)  It's just not connecting with me...


"Apparently, sometime after <client> hospitalization, her adoptive mom or grandmother reported S/L: blue tagged, started at <name of hospital>, was at <name of hospital>, and then was admitted to <name of hospital>.  Apparently, she has been discharged from <name of hospital> and has shown up a couple times in <client> life in the not-too-distant past."

Someone is having a nuclear medicine MUGA scan and it says that 42 millicuries of technetium 99 labelled red cells was used.

can be seen with the gamma camera.  The RBCs are attached to the Tc.  And if you are able to abbreviate it would however ever many mCi (microcurie) 99 mTc-labeled red blood cells (according to Stedman's radiology word book).
