The doctor states, "medium area of moderate to severe infarction with very mild residual ischemia in the anteroapical wall."  I cannot tell if he is saying medium area or medial area- which would make more sense?

can be seen with the gamma camera.  The RBCs are attached to the Tc.  And if you are able to abbreviate it would however ever many mCi (microcurie) 99 mTc-labeled red blood cells (according to Stedman's radiology word book).

Have never heard of a myonuclear scan, but have definitely heard of myocardial perfusion scans.
