Subject: definition of blue tagged? pleeeease see message...

Psych evaluation:

The following paragraph is referring to the client's biological mom but I don't know what blue tagged is or if that is what she is saying (but it really sounds like it.)  It's just not connecting with me...

"Apparently, sometime after <client> hospitalization, her adoptive mom or grandmother reported S/L: blue tagged, started at <name of hospital>, was at <name of hospital>, and then was admitted to <name of hospital>.  Apparently, she has been discharged from <name of hospital> and has shown up a couple times in <client> life in the not-too-distant past."

Sorry so long.  Thanks for any help!!

Used for a breast biopsy (needle localization).  Of course, I thought of Methergine and anything else possible.  QA left it blank as well.  Since the report went to the facility with blanks for that word, there's no rush.  I just wish I could figure out the word!

Any ideas?  Thanks!
