Subject: biadur exchange?

The doctor spells out "biadur" exchange...I can't find a meaning for this. Does anyone know what this is (or maybe if he spelled it incorrectly. LOL)

The sentence is "He is also due to have his biadur exchange next week."

Thanks everyone!
