The doctor spells out "biadur" exchange...I can't find a meaning for this. Does anyone know what this is (or maybe if he spelled it incorrectly. LOL)

The sentence is "He is also due to have his biadur exchange next week."

I do believe this gentleman's weightlifting with frequent requirements of serious Valsalva and increased intrathoracic pressure then translated up to increased intravascular pressure in the retina is contributing to his macular edema.
