I can document LS for lichen sclerosus and LSA for lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, but LSNA? Doc clear, though I supposed it could be LSMA.

The patient has chronic s/l mydromitus, causing early tear film break-up time. She probably also has decreased aqueous production. I suggested she use an antibiotic-steroid lid scrub twice per day for the next month.

the "X" as being referred to for Xanax. This drug is misused as highly as "E." Just a thought. Hope this helps.
