It does reveal maxillary sinus mucopurulence and I cultured this area of yellow drainage and submitted it for aerobic and anaerobic and fungal cultures. I then suctioned the area with _Venalia _ suction under endoscopic guidance and suctioned all debris from the nose and maxillary sinus.

Once again, we used the inferior lateral s/l boil to perform an injection into the knee
