Subject: muscle "relaxers" short msg

Is this correct when used in place of "relaxant?"  Spellcheck stops and wants to add an apostrophe, which I don't believe should be there.  Thanks!

is measured on a grading system 1 through 5. Each of these can have a minus, a plus, or nothing.  The use of plus or minus is based on the subjective decision of the examiner.   1/5,  1+/5,  1-/5  These are one over five, one plus over five and one minus over five.  The numerator One is Trace strength, Two is poor, Three is Fair, Four is Good, and Five is Normal.   A grade of 3/5 means the person can move against gravity.  So yes, 4-/5 means Good Minus.
