the patient is coming in for eye mattering in the morning and a bump on the upper lid.  on exam he states there is a s/l fund-li-bomian duct nasally in the left upper lid.

I do believe this gentleman's weightlifting with frequent requirements of serious Valsalva and increased intrathoracic pressure then translated up to increased intravascular pressure in the retina is contributing to his macular edema.
