Wound was scrubbed with ??Shur-Clens??, dressed with ??serifoam?? gauze and placed in an ??Ortho-Glass?? splint.  Any help?

under upper extremity exam - s/l "ATE" is 110 degrees passive to 130+.

Good day to all!  I am typing for an orthopedic doctor this morning.  The patient has pain over his girdius tubercle.  Any suggestions for the correct spelling of "girdius?"  Also, do you have any helpful website tips for orthopedic transcription?

Tender over FCR tendon especially near the (s/l-FCR DONNEL)??  His (s/l-FOBIAL region) is minimally tender.  25-hydroxy vitamin D level and intact (s/l-PPH?)

This patient has knee impact injuries with bruising.

McMurray’s is negative for both medial and lateral compartments.  s/l Dover's maneuver and Lachman maneuver, as well as the medial and lateral collateral ligament testing, are unremarkable.

Need help with some words.

Sounds like the doctor is saying " Gluteal pain, possible ( cult ) sciatic"

also "The MRI ( reepalis ) did not show any bony abnormalities"

any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first three times he says it while discussing x-rays and CTs. This shows a compression fracture of L3 with compression of the superior endplate with **Meth-in-fac-late** present within the body, all contained within the body itself. 

Under impression:  History of a compression fracture with treatment of the meth-in-fac-late at the L3 vertebral body.

Under plan: Pedicle screws could not be placed into the pedicles of L3 because of the meth-in-fac-late

The rotator cuff was then repaired back to its insertion site utilizing SUPRAREVI??anchors spectrum SHUTTLE RELAY TRAY? the sutures were passed through the rotator cuff, saved and tied from the lateral portal while viewing from the anterior portal.

MUSH MOUTH, YIKES  I have no clue here.

OP report lumbar spine, I cannot find this type of "view." He is either saying "and/or toggle view" or and orthoggle view" along those lines. I hear a defintie th sound, though, and cannot find toggle view. 

Each screw at L4 and L5 bilaterally were confirmed with radiographic confirmation and **orthoggle ** views.

Her incisions are all appropriately mature.  She is tender to palpation at her tibial tunnel site.  No erythema or soft tissue swelling.  There is a trace effusion today.  Five degrees (sounds like wreck a bottom) bilaterally....I have had the word before but I cannot find it anywhere now!  Thanks for your help!

He is saying my recommendation would be for a volar s/l butchers plate.  This is in reference to a left distal radius fracture.  Thanks
