PAST SURGICAL HISTORY: Two failed "outlet valve" transplants. Does this sound routine, thought they would be called replacements, but I know NUTHIN about heart surgery and it actually S/L he is saying "eyelet sauce", but that is nothing new with him!

The pt had a transplant biopsy done which showed acute tubular interstitial cellular rejection, s/l** trans-lanchal merio-opathy**, and interstitial capillaritis. Any help greatly appreciated!

This kidney lasted again for about 10 years, and she subsequently was restarted on dialysis in 03/2006.  She had an 80 fistula placed in 2007 and has been on dialysis since that time.

s/l she's saying he was "induced with HEG and received a total of 6 mg/kg."  ESL doc.  Could be HCG, ACG, AGG or something else entirely. I can't find anything in my books or online.
