Did she mean to leave the a out before plethoric? That would make more sense but I know you guys would no better than I. I'm still in school and learning. Thanks for the help!

PAST SURGICAL HISTORY: Two failed "outlet valve" transplants. Does this sound routine, thought they would be called replacements, but I know NUTHIN about heart surgery and it actually S/L he is saying "eyelet sauce", but that is nothing new with him!
