Maybe saying something off the wall like xerosis pigmentosa? or xeroderma pigmentosum?

I'm typing neuro exam: Motor exam: ...deconditioning and *involutional* atrophy of age.

When I *Googled* involutional atrophy, I got all these hits to member-protected medical websites; go figure... (just a little vent on the word board here).

Anyway, anyone familiar with this term? TIA.

I believe the doctor is saying true villous atrophy. I'm not sure if the true part is right or if there's another word. The doctor took biopsies of the duodenum and says they did find blunting and inflammation (if additional information is needed). TIA.

I found the same thing myself. I did use the cephal atrophy, but I may be all wrong, maybe not. It is in the same sentence (a run-on btw), that is talking about possible neuropathy. Really just doesn't make sense to me.
