This is for a total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.

Patient reinjured his shoulder and doc is dictating "shoulder shows well-healed scars, some mild s/l de saturary of his deltoid."  Any clue for the s/l?  It is not dehiscence.
