ASSESSMENT: Status post left index, long and ring finger flexor tenosynovitis, right thumb, index and ring finger flexor tenosynovitis, right thumb symptomatic carpometacarpal pain and status post bilateral carpal tunnel releases.
She also wants to try s/l keying for one hour a day with several breaks.
