I  know that typically the rule is to spell out one number when there are two numbers together, but here is my problem:


An MRI of 01/24/06:  C3-4, 2 mm left paracentral anular bulge, mild central canal stenosis.  C4-5, 2 mm central and lateral anular bulge and spur, moderate spinal stenosis.


 


This is not a verbatim acount, either.
