I treat MTs well and am looking for long term relationships with self-starters who are independent, capable, and that I can count on to complete work on time and produce quality work. I can't have late reports, low quality or MTs flake. I don't outsource out of the U.S. and would never consider this. We use FTP and Word software and pcAnywhere to send to the hospital computer.
