Principles are fine and we all have them, but they can literally kill you if you are too rigid.

You finally saw the light: There is nothing written in stone that your experience with the new company will be intolerable. Give it a chance. If it doesn't work, you can always leave later. If it does work, you can stop overdosing on ibuprofen - lol.

The most salient point you made was that you could move to another NONoffshore company only to see them sell out, too.
