Far from it! I'd never judge a fellow MT (or any other human being, for that matter) for their personal choice. Some of us do not have the luxury of walking away, while others of us do. And, even if you had the luxury of walking away and chose to wait it out, that it YOUR decision and YOU must do what is best for YOU.

I certainly hope no one tars and feathers you. We're all individuals and all have completely different circumstances surrounding whatever decisions we make in life. I for one would certainly never begrudge, belittle, or judge you for your decision.

I hope it all works out for you at Transcend. I made the choice to leave, but that was MY choice; no one influenced me in that choice, and I certainly hope no one tries to influence you in your choice.

Hang in there, and I hope things get better for everyone still grappling with their decision in this case.
