Sorry but I do not see that ad

on the Job Seekers Board. Anyway, I did not mean to imply that good companies never advertise.  What I meant was that I see the same names over and over again, just like today: Silent Type, Transtech, Diskriter, USA Medical Transcription, Spheris, Accusis, Medquist, etc. I searched the board up to the beginning of July for Transcend and I see no ads.  Perhaps the one you saw yesterday has been removed because they filled the positions.  Also, during our conference call I believe it was said that 16 hospital accounts were soon starting with Transcend and 4 hospital accounts with MDI.  Could that be the reason they were looking for more MLS (( have to get used to that new title LOL).

I have applied to and researched about every name on this board and after making myself just about physically ill in doing so, I decided that at this time, there is no place for me other than where I am right now.  When a company does this and MTs panic and there is a mass exodus, you might as well forget sending out your letters and resumes.  If in January things do not go as expected or as stated, then I will start looking.  By then, the dust will have settled and companies and recruiters may actually have less of a bombardment.
