As far as the accuracy part............from what I have seen from some MTs with little experience the accuracy requirements need to be higher. To much crap being put on the patients medical records. Seems to me, in all the dialogue about MTing one thing has been forgotten...........that is that there are patient's behind all of this and we are not doing this job only for money and cpl but for the benefit of the patient. That being said, we do earn every cent we make and along with experience/accuracy, i.e. should go the pay to go with it!
