Pay cuts? YES. Three times now in the past 2 years due to ASR.

Offshoring? YES. I have not had my primary account in a year and run out of work daily. Cannot even make my 24 hours a week.

MedQuist-CBay in bed with AAMT (or whatever being called)? YES. Making our lives stink every chance they get.

Lawsuit? Yes....worked there since 98. STOLE FROM ME and paying AAMT to make up for it.

Am I missing something?
