correctly, no one would need to be fired. If the hospitals/MTSOs decide to keep bad MTs, that still doesn't justify MTs creating low-quality documents. So, the excuse is, 'My boss hasn't fired me yet, so why should I change?' How about this excuse: 'I don't get paid enough, so who really cares how much I screw up this patient's report. They're gonna die one day anyway.' Yeah, those sound like really valid excuses. Not so much...
