After I saw BPH typed as **benign prosthetic hypertrophy** in THREE different previous reports, I too was embarrassed for the company.  I e mailed QA with the job number and told her she needed to tell this MT to fix this in her auto typing (if that was the problem).  This is also MY account and I want to keep it.  We have a pretty laid back relationship between QA and MTs so I don't think it was that big a deal.  She may have been embarrassed herself though. 


While I do not like the idea of **tattling,** so to speak, how can we be respected and considered worth $$$$ when you see reports like that?  At my company, we use the previous MT's report a lot - so we must be very careful when transcribing because once you make a mistake, it could be the next MT's mistake also when this goes into her report.  If it is as bad as this, or as you say, I would have to bring it to someone's attention, especially if you would like to continue transcribing for that particular client.
