My MT Utopia

Pay Scale:  9+ cpl.

Status:  Statutory.

Platform:  DocQScribe (only because of the 2 or 3 platforms I worked on, this was the easiest) but I'm open to others.

Dealbreaker:  A set schedule.  A 12 or 24-hour window would be okay, but not set hours.  The whole point of working from home, for me, is flexibility.  Too many MTSOs want ICs to work set schedules and I just don't think it's right.
