Dedicated accounts so there is consistency, i.e., same doctors, same report types, etc., which means better productivity. No pools. Able to work on report types that I like (Ops) and therefore most productive with. Same pay for VR as straight typing. My dream is, that since I have to work on production, I want a company that will set me up in every way possible to be productive. A company that will go out its way to ensure that I can be productive. There should also be a premium paid for ridiculously bad dictators (that's really dreaming isn't it?). Flexibility. Plenty of work! No overhiring! 10 cpl. No work off shore. And don't forget, RESPECT! How wonderful would that be?!!
