stand up for myself and refuse to let myself be treated like crap. Unfortunately, because I stood up for myself when my payment was going to be late for a 3rd time, I let the company know that I would no longer accept work until I was compensated for work performed and returned in the agreed-upon TAT. Promptly, I was deleted from the system (without being told of course), and was terminated. Also, I am still waiting to get paid over a month later. Yes, took the necessary steps to get paid and am not a very happy camper. However, they are STILL paying late and I wish that every single one of the MTs who are enabling her to continue this late paying would just quit and walk away. I cannot believe that they are all accepting these constant late payments. That would make my day!! I know that won't happen. If anyone asked me if I would do it all over again, I said yes. I REFUSE to let anyone take advantage of me!!
