I'm new to this and not clear about some things. You said you are trying not to take more than your share. But how do you know what your share is? If a person is working at home, how does someone know how much work is there to begin with or how many others are typing at the time? Also, can you just take as many jobs as you want at one time? My friend worked for a company and said she was only allowed to pull a limited number of jobs at one time, had to type them and send them back before she could pull more. Is it really possible for a few people to deplete all the work in a decent-sized account so easily?
