I wanted to keep the one part time but their process of switching hours is a pain. Also, they only do that certain times of the month now. I don't know why they have to be that way. This is why I am having an issue because at first I thought I would. I don't know how to get in time for two full time positions. The new one has enough work to keep me more than busy and the old one that is supposed to be full time is always out of work.

I was thinking of emailing my supe and telling him if he won't put me part time I will quit. The end result is me quitting anyway. I can go back to working in a nursing home as a CNA and make almost twice what I have been making.
