You've been at the Q all of these years, so obviously you've stayed on top of your game with medications, equipment, techniques, etc. You've dealt with the ASR influx, and you've dealt with pay cuts, unexpected layoffs, having your primary taken away, transcribing from that Pandora's box known as the cesspool, and continually-changing CPs.

Geez, girlfriend, after dealing with the constant surprises from the Q, you're ready to tackle ANYTHING.

Keep reminding yourself of that, and you'll be just fine.

Taking the jump is better than suffocating in the pit of quicksand known as the Q.

Good luck and keep us posted. I'll bet within a month, you'll be on here posting 'What took me so long to leave???'
