What do you consider a small hospital? I Googled the name I was given for this hospital and it is actually a hospital system with two hospitals in separate locations. One hospital (in a large midwest city) has 424 doctors and the other has 113. I do not know which hospital has the ER work they told me about, but do you think either one is large enough to support full-time work for me (assuming they are not overstaffed with transcriptionists)?

Thanks for your response. This is Not Diskwriter. Since you love ER work I assume that in the other places you did not have to put in the demos. Did you ever run out of ER work? Is there generally enough ER work for a specific ER to make it a full-time primary account? If at all possible I would like to work on just one account and not have to be switching to others, but just don't know if ER for one hospital can have enough work to be a primary.
