they have VR (don't know if there are non-VR accounts). My accounts are a mix. Their pay for VR is better than most, and just IMO the platform is good so you can do well with the VR... it is not one of those where you have to pick headings and subheadings from menus - if you know what I mean.. control N, shift control N... I have found on that sort of program, on a VR report it really slows you down when you get to a place with a lot of headings and you have to add some and delete some where they don't belong. My other company has this and their VR has led to a big pay cut for me.
