What I mean by EMR is...

Many hospitals and clinics are moving their record keeping to EMR which includes templated medical records. Thereby, this greatly reduces and/or eliminates, in some cases, the need for transcriptionists.

You can see this happening when an account is sending less and less work. It can just be that things are slow and it can also be that they are changing their way of doing things
