You don't know what to do?

Find another job.  My gosh, there are tons of companies hiring.  There's no reason to sit frustrated if you're a good MT.  There are companies with tons of work that need help and you sit and wait for work.  How is that MDI's fault?  They cannot control the fact that they've overhired or lost clients, they only have what they have.  My personal opinion is everyone jumped on the bandwagon with the flexi-schedule and now they are eating crow. 

Find another job and move on!  Good luck! 

P/S:  And tell MDI to stick-it!
