OK - I would say no. She is not of legal age to drink. Whoever is buying and providing the drinks for these kids is breaking the law and could be arrested.

See, when I was a kid that was always why I wouldn't smoke those funny cigarettes - it was illegal. What if I got arrested???

I went to a catholic school - can you tell?
