Has anyone here ever gone through

withdrawals from drugs/alcohol, etc? OR lived with someone who has? SO is quitting pot after 15 years of steady use and is out of control.

I almost have no compassion for him because I see pot as something harmless so I'm not taking this withdrawal stage too seriously. Nor did I take his addiction seriously.

Besides the physical things that he's been going through (sweating profusely, can't sleep, etc), he's very emotional right now. We've been together 2 years and this is the first time that I'm actually feeling like we can't last. I think seeing him weak like this is turning me off. Any advice?
