 We have scrapple and shoo-fly, which everyone knows about, but we also have a "funny cake" which is actually in a pie crust with a bottom half inch of chocolate syrup with a sort of a yellow cake on top.  Very good, but very local; I can't even find one out of about a 20 mile radius.

 Just recently divorced and I wouldn't sign the divorce papers until ex got the mortgage in his name only by refinancing.  He could not just ask the bank to take my name off the loan (as he thought he could).  I had a hard time a year ago buying a car because of my income/debt ratio mainly based on the fact that my name was attached to the mortgage.
