Donald Duck (this was a retarded child) how cruel. Seymore Butts
Canadian seal hunt
If you care about the clubbing of the baby seals, please go to HSUS.org (humane society) and sign their petition to end this cruelty. I think you click on wildlife tab at the top and go from there. TY.
seal hunt started in Canada :(
If you want to help stop this torture please boycott Canadian seafood and go to the Humane Society website to send a letter to the Canadian PM.  Thanks.
My husband was doing me a "favor" by helping me hunt down
a new ergonomic keyboard a few years ago and he called our local Office Depot... Asked the person on the other end if they had any erogenous keyboards.

I was choking back the laughter and trying to get his attention to correct him but he's the kind of guy that HATES to be interrupted for ANYTHING so he held up his hand to me and gave me a dirty look, then repeated the question to the person on the other end who was no doubt having a fit of laughter themselves, transferred him to another department, where he repeated the question AGAIN.

By this time, I could not control myself any longer. I was laughing hysterically and he finally hung up the phone because he was mad at me. Then I explained to him what he was asking for and he was really mad.

I just said, aren't you glad they didn't say that they had some and you reserved one to be picked up later today?

I could just see him walking to the service counter to pick up the "erogenous keyboard" he had set aside! LOL
I bargain hunt for clearance items

and resell them on ebay for a small profit.  I also go to estate sales to find used hard to find stuff and resell on ebay.  I usually stock pile the stuff I know are good sellers and sell them around Thanksgiving time and before Christmas. I made just over $400 last Christmas. It was a very nice amount and made our Christmas very nice. I also have an online store on ioffer.com that I sell some of the stuff.

If he used to be Michelle and became Mike would be different.
Michael and Mike....silly to get upset at people who have known you your entire life for calling you an extended version of a nickname, even if you have legally changed it. I have a brother named Andrew. If he suddenly changed his name to Andy legally and wanted to be called that, I'd probably never remember. I've called him Andrew for 30 years and would probably do so for the rest of our lives.

My sister is now my brother, has been for a few years. I still slip up and call him her and by his girl name.
I had a guy once who reminded me of

George Clooney voice-wise.  George has a great voice.  And I love Matthew McConaughey's voice, too.  I could type for either one of them.  Oh, and Kyle Chandler.  I have a book on tape narrated by him and he's dreamy! (Did that sound too high school girlish? LOL)

Mike Gallagher also gave them ...sm
an hour of his radio show if they stayed away from the Amish funerals in Lancaster.  Kudos to him.  I tuned in for a few minutes, but could not believe the garbage that was coming out of their mouths,
I remember when Mike did that for the Amish
I listened to the show for a few minutes and just not could believe the stuff that they were spewing.
Mike Rowe--although I don't find him...
to be all that hot. Did you know he used to be an opera singer?
for the love of Mike Rowe?
x
That reminded me of a boyfriend I had
once who repeatedly had to go to the ER because he superglued his eyelashes shut. He was in his late teens and liked to build model cars, and I guess he couldn't remember not to touch his eye with superglue on his hand.
you reserved it, you reminded them,
the ball is in their court. They run a business. They should tend to their business. At this point, IMO, you might just consider it a gift. but if it violates your conscience, then don't do it, which i suspect is why you are asking.
Your post reminded me
that my boyfriend says bring when it should be take.

The odd thing is, when it finally came up on conversation we got in a big discussion on how to tell which word should be used when. It is kind of confusing and rather subjective. Anyway, we had a good time over it. :)

P.S. Flapitations is cute. Sounds like a good name for a movie!!
Not proud of this one - Mike Tyson was a few years behind me in HS

FOR THE LOVE OF MIKE - GIVE HER A BREAK - SM
She's been saying she is GETTING OUT. Why don't you stop beating her up about this!
Your cute little kid-picture reminded me of someone - sm
and I finally figured out who: Amy Pohler's character, 'Katelyn' (the precocious & EXTREMELY energetic little girl) on Saturday Night Live. (I remembered it because this weekend the rerun had 'Katelyn' entertaining people at a retirement home.... hysterical!)

(So.... were you anything like that as a kid?)
reminded me of my Christmas story
Went to get what I thought was a tissue in the heater vent and found a possom!  Mean ugly thing.  Tried luring him out (and God knows what I was going to do if he came up into the house - didn't think about that at the time) but he couldn't fit through the final turn.  Called critter people and left for Christmas day with heat turned off and cans of tuna cat food in the ducts that lured him out to a trap.  Yeah - the house smelled real good and was cold when we got back.  They told me they would trap him alive and take him off the woods.  Lied!  that was about 300.00.
Never tried it, the name reminded me of an overnight laxative. nm

LOL - you just reminded me that I have leftover pudding
hiding in the back of the fridge! YAY for me!
Radio show host Mike Gallagher...
offered them airtime on his show if they would call off the protest for the VT person's funeral and they agreed. The article I read said this radio host did the same thing when he heard they were going to protest the Amish school shooting funeral. All this Phelps retard wants is to get his "message" out there and so I guess he's going to use the radio to do it now, instead of the funeral.
TV crush -- Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs is So Hot!!!
Oh man, he is so funny and manly and smart.  That show is so loaded with sexual innuendo.  Can't get enough.  Think he is a fine specimen of man... yummy yummy.
Mike Rowe and Daniel Craig are on my "list" too!! LOL! nm
nm
He sort of reminded me of Courtney Love.

Against.. I believe in healing. If you are reminded of it every day..the heart cannot heal.. sm
Eventually, some things have to be let go. They are significant things and please do not think that I do not recognize that. However, with healing comes with letting go. Reminders can increase the healing time or in some cases hinder the healing time. Just a thought!!
I'm glad you reminded me of Proactive. I'll never buy that again, either.
It did absolutely nothing for my son's acne. The only thing that actually did help was a very good dermatologist, and she had nothing nice to say about Proactiv. It's overpriced and just doesn't work for most people who use it.
GREATpost-reminded me of Kathy Bates' character
Re-watch Kathy Bates' character in Fried Green Tomatoes and see how she evolves around a similar type of husband......
Reminded me of Tanya Tucker (not in a good way) and I am a Tucker fan! ew!
