they assigned me to a gynecologist named Dr. Dong. It was too weird having a Dr. Dong checking out my female parts and switched out when I could.

The trunk actually belonged to my
great-grandmother, who gave it to my grandmother. When she died my mother got it and she just recently brought it to me.

Sorry about the office mess, but I know you all know how it goes LOL.
I belonged over a year ago - sm
it was just a circuit of machines then. I know they have changed it some since then but I believe is still just a circuit. You would do 30 seconds on each machine and them move to the next station, and do it 2 x. Ours did not have a treadmill(s) or anything like that. Check out their website, etc. Also before I joined I went there and was given the "tour" and explanation of how it works, etc. I would do that before you join. It is inexpensive, $30 a month, but they do have a sign up fee (over $100) which I forget how much, but at certain times of the year they waive the fee or reduce it, make sure you are not paying in full for that, or ask when they will be running that special next if now is not the time and save some money.--- I never did lose any weight but by neighbor lost a few pounds, and another friend lost 30# with it, just depends on how dedicated you are I think.
The first 2 sentences belonged to someone else, possibly
hating the fact they had raised the us you speak of. Again, don’t hate what you and others really missed out on, a good time and wonderful time for growing up. Times have changed and for the worse. We had no cursing, shootings, killings, bullying in the schools, we respected the teachers, kids wore what parent could afford and no one said anything to them about their lack of name clothing, we could play outside until dark, no problem, kids not kidnappened and murdered like now, what a glorious time. I raised some really good adults, not snarky ones either.
We have a Prayer Request board - it belonged there. NM

Wasn't terrorism..plane belonged to Cory Lidle...

Very sad indeed - he was just going for his pilot license or just got that........after they lost the playoffs on Sunday he said he was going to get his license to fly.

Very sad indeed but definitely not terrorism and I sure hope it wasn't suicide!!!!!  Time will tell us all details, I am sure.
