Wow.

I'm not a parent, but man,if I had done something like that to my mom, I would not be alive to tell the tale today.

Phone, TV, car, computer, anything that remotely smacks of entertainment needs to go out the door.  It will be hard on you when you work outside the home and it will be hard on you in general, but she needs to learn that you don't play with this kind of disrespect.  If this were me, she would have dish duty, bathroom cleaning duty -pretty much anything and everything that would keep her busy from sun up to sun down so she'll be too tired to even think about disrespecting you like that again.

I would also let all of the parents of her friends know that she is grounded for the rest of her natural life and if they see her at all at their homes, they are to send/take her home immediately and call you and let you know.   I would think other parents would be willing to help you with this.
