No one is judging. Just because I said that being gay is a sin does not mean I am judging. God and Jesus also said it was a sin. It says in the Bible it is a sin. Of course I have sin, every one does. Just because someone says that something is wrong, does not mean you are judging. Murder is a sin, lying is a sin, rape is a sin. Using God's name in vain is a sin. So if we were talking about murder and I said God said that murder is a sin, would I be judging?

You cant be afraid to say what you are supposed to be saying as a Christian. If people arent held accountable and given guidelines to live by, how will you lead them to Christ?
