carbs are bad

watch your carb intake, get carb free drinks. Thats where I had a problem I drink all day, can't stand water so would hit juice or something don't really like soda, all of them have too many calories. Switched to Fruit 2o or Kool-Aid with the yellow sweetner forget the name. Lost 14 pounds in the last month. 5 to go till my goal. 10 to my high school weight and Im 45 with 2 10.5 pound kiddies. Youll get used to feeling hungry and then it won't bother you Im on small portions also now

Not all carbs are bad.
No food group is "bad." No food group should be eliminated from one's diet including fats.

There are good and bad in most food groups. Good carbs: Fruit, veg, whole grains, etc.

The carbs you spoke of, the sugary ones, are definitely bad and should be avoided and/or eliminated, which you did and had success.

But please don't give carbs a bad name!! I love my good carbs!!! :-)

No. Bacon is loaded with carbs and saturatated fat. It would be fine without the bacon.
