She's protecting YOUR job with her E-mails, don't forget! Just how long do you think these doctors are going to put up with sloppy work and words not spelled correctly? They can get that junk from India for a lot less, need you be reminded?

It's just irritating beyond words to see just junk. This is a professional job. MTs are professionals working for professioinals, and the ones who think its just play time need to get out of the business.
