You're very confused. She's the boss. She's paying you. She doesn't HAVE to punctuate or spell correctly in her E-mails to you to keep you happy. You need to keep HER happy by doing top-notch work for her clients ,and that includes using the BASIC TOOLS that you were taught the first day in MT training!
If you don't like that or her, remember, no one's forcing you to work for her, and you're always free to find other employment.
It's pathetic any MT would get in this business and not have a spell checker and/or use it. This is the basic, dear - equivalent to a carpenter trying to hold two pieces of wood together with duct tape instead of nails. It's called sloppy work. You know it - I know it - and we all know it. So quit complaining because those MT's who are working for her and don't have/use a spell check are completely in the wrong.
