I'd immediately cut the MT's line rate down well below India rates for doing sloppy work and tell him/her to get a spell checker - like T*O*D*A*Y* - then I'd be checking the work consistently with an eagle's eye, and the first time I saw mistakes, he/she would be gone faster than he/she could say, "What an idiot I was for not using my spell checker! Geeze, I'm amazed I lasted this long!"
