We probably work for the same company. I don't know if "spies" come on this board or not from the companies, so I don't want to give too much identifying data, but it's just a sad situation and it all comes down to greed on their part. In my region there have been a lot of changes and management has changed for the worse in the last few years. It's like management is this distant, cold entity now. It wasn't like this always. Well, I guess we should just keep our ears and eyes open and maybe someone kind enough will point us in the direction of some better companies - it's hard to find them on your own! Good luck :)
