Well, not having a raise in several years, asking for one and being completely ignored, with not great pay to begin with, not crazy about the way the company is going (it's going downhill), not crazy about my manager, we have a huge QA production requirement and can't even give feedback to the MTs, and (not as important by any means, but...) I wouldn't mind finding a company that would allow more flexible hours.
