I feel for you. Have worked for the #1 and #2 companies and, you are right, they just got too big. There are small companies out there who appreciate you. I would give you the name of the small company I work for but there is a waiting list for QAs waiting to come on board. They know a good company when they find it. Would highly recommend a smaller company. I don't regret making the move one bit.
