You'll need to secure your tax ID, your name, etc. You'll need a tax accountant to handle your money unless you're a whiz at accounting (and I'm an acct major!).

The idea of "minimal charge" sounds great but is so impractical -- for all the time, effort, money you'll personally invest.

What will you actually offer? Why would anyone join? What do they get for their "investment"? What are the benefits offered? What is in it for them?

Answer these questions and go to the SBA and draw up a business plan.

Good luck. It sounds great but in reality will probably be a flightless bird.
